Gypsy Souls Coffeehouse was founded in 2014 by an airline pilot, the original Gypsy Soul, who had the vision to create a unique waterfront space that served the finest locally roasted coffees from around the world.  Now we're a family-run coffee business proudly continuing the pilot's vision.  We offer twelve different coffee bean origins, all unique in flavor, served fresh daily for your enjoyment. With locally sourced pastries and teas, Gypsy Souls Coffeehouse has something for everyone. While enjoying the relaxing atmosphere of our waterfront garden we invite you to travel the world with us one cup of coffee at a time.

We love to travel and meet new people, and we have our own stories of enjoying the best cups of coffee and pastries everywhere we travel.  It’s our passion, and that’s why we’re committed to serving the finest coffees, roasted in the Tampa Bay area, as we provide a comfortable atmosphere for you to enjoy wonderful coffee and create new memories, too. We offer the best coffees from all over the world using multiple brewing methods.  We’re excited to announce that we will be opening a second location in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, which will open late Fall of 2017 where we will be roasting our coffee and baking European pastries.
